Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and terms are agreed in writing before any work begins. Engagements are month to month with no long-term contract unless agreed otherwise. You own the accounts and assets I build for you.
Where advertising is part of your plan, ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform on your own account. My fee covers building and managing campaigns, not the ad budget itself.
Any performance guarantee or refund terms are defined in your individual agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding guarantee on its own.
